In vitro studies: Proparacaine is more effective than cocaine but is less toxic. When using fusidic acid, the Ct value of Proparacaine in FHV-1 (P<0.01), C.felis and 8SrDNA increased significantly.
In vivo study: Proparacain Chemicalbook inhibits the migration and adhesion of corneal epithelial cells by changing the actin cytoskeleton. Proparacaine, like bupivacaine or lidocaine, can anesthetize the spinal cord and lose motor function, muscle motor perception and nociception. Intrathecal proparacaine is more anesthetic for the senses than for exercise.
